[Bug testsuite/4868] New: prologue.exp test

What is prologue.exp suppose to be testing? Whether the arguments for read and
write are reasonable based on "-P" or no "-P"? It looks like it is only suppose
to count the number of reads and writes. However, it appears that it only
counting the number of reads.
