[Bug tapsets/4836] Interface changes in 2.6.23-rc1 causes tests to fail

Just checked in fixes that address the failures described in this bug.  I tested
them successfully on 2.6.21 and 2.6.23-rc1. The failures were attributable to
the change to the CFS scheduler and the renaming of __handle_mm_fault() in
2.6.23-rc1.
