[Bug translator/4413] New: heuristics for return probes on inline functions

We need to investigate possibilities for improving the state of .return probes.
Functions that are inlined are clearly not candidates for kretprobes treatment,
but perhaps there is other stuff we can do.  For example:

- use the inlined instance highpc
- look for the statement that follows the inlining (call) site
- look for the last statement within the inlined instance
