use of full path to stap in socktop example

Hello,

In socktop example stap is called using full path - /usr/local/bin/stap .
So patch is required if one want to use it in systems where stap is
located in other directory (like in Debian package). Can someone either
remove that path and just call 'stap' (as it is done in other examples)
or generate this file by configure, please.
