[Bug kprobes/2668] New: bugfix of kprobe-booster: reenable kprobe-booster on i386

I found another bug in kprobes i386.

kprobe-booster is disabled in current mainline.

Boostability has been disabled since removing #ifdef CONFIG_PREMPT.

This is our fault to have overlooked this issue in review.
