ppc64 compile failures and make check failure

I'm running on rawhide on ppc64 and wanted to try out systemtap I'm
having some issues building:

probe module("iscsi*").function("*fileio*") {
    printf("%s\n", print_backtrace())
}

Pass 4: compilation failed.  Try again with more '-v' (verbose) options

stap -p2 and p3 seem fine
