[Patch] elfutils patch for relocation type

Hi,
	Currently in IA64 kernel module function can not be probed. And
there will be "Unsupported relocation type" error. It is because
Elfutils can not identify relocation type of some variable. Sometime
this bug also will occur in IA32/X86_64 architecture, the patch modifies
this bug.
