[Bug releng/2208] New: support precompiled probe modules

Need to investigate issues related to reuse of compiled .ko's, turning systemtap
into a standard ahead-of-time compiler.

It should be possible to archive probe module, distribute them to other similar
machines, run them with parameters (bug #1304), perhaps even by untrusted
(non-root) users.

Issues include safety, security, packaging.
