Runtime tests are now in CVS

tests/testsuite/systemtap.maps/ix.*
Modified to test successful pmap aggregation for sorted and unsorted cases.

tests/testsuite/systemtap.maps/pmap_agg_overflow.*
New test to verify the failing case is handled properly.
