[Bug translator/2009] New: Express probes on all function in the address range

While I was trying to insert probes on certain funcitons of interest, I had 
difficulty in expressing some functions as the wild card method was not 
helpful as the names of these function did not had any pattern.

>From the objdump of the kernel, however I found that all of the functions of 
my interest was in certain address range. Hence thought this would be a nice 
feature if systemtap supports it.
