kprobes locking patches checked in to systemtap cvs

Hi,

I checked in a set of patches (with a series file) into systemtap CVS.
The patches relate to:

- Preempt changes required for per_cpu variables (there was an issue of
an unbalanced preempt_enable in the patchset sent last Friday, fixed in
this set)
- Introduce per_cpu variables to track kprobe execution (same as what
was posted on Friday)
- Introduce rcu for locking

The patches are against 2.6.13.rc4-mm1. Please review and give it a spin
on big boxes.

Patches are available under patches/kprobes-use/rcu/ under systemtap
CVS.
