Can Kprobes for x86_64 work on kernel-2.6.9?

I am working on my research on kernel-2.6.9 with x86_64 SMP arch. I 
found that the Kprobes is in the main kernel tree to support x86_64 from 
2.6.11. Is there anyone can provide the patches which can let it work on 
kernel-2.6.9?
