kprobes status

Hi -

Please see the new "kprobes-status.html" file in the htdocs/ area,
also linked from the bottom of the systemtap home page.  I put in
some initial guesses at the status.

It would be great if people were to update their kprobes-related
status in the related bugzilla entries (create new ones if needed),
and put a link to those entries into the kprobes-status.html file.
