using bugzilla

Hi -

As you probably noticed, our new little bugzilla database is eagerly
accumulating todo items from The Spreadsheet as well as smaller
personally-tracked items.  I took the liberty of proposing some
milestones, enumerating some dependencies, making assignments formal:
feel free to update them as needed.  I'd like to encourage all project
participants to aggressively use this system to document their own
plans and progress, to use it as a shared blackboard.  No salesman
will call.  Void where prohibited.
