	* configure.ac: For --enable-gold, handle value `default' instead of
	`both*'.   New configure option --{en,dis}able-ld.
	
	ld, gold/
	* configure.ac: For --enable-gold, handle value `default' instead of
	`both*'. Always install ld as ld.gold, install as ld if gold is
	the default.
