	* Makefile.tpl (POSTSTAGE1_HOST_EXPORTS): Rename from
	STAGE_HOST_EXPORTS.
	(configure, all): Add bootstrap support.
	(Host modules, target modules): Pass post-stage1 flags and exports.
	(Top-level bootstrap): Remove bootstrap rules, expanded elsewhere.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
