Log message:
	* Makefile.tpl (GCC_STRAP_TARGETS):  New variable containing all the
	previous bootstrap targets, plus bubblestrap, quickstrap, cleanstrap,
	and restrap.
	* Makefile.in:  Regenerate.
	
	* configure.in (arm-*-netbsdelf*): Enable building java libraries.
	* configure: Regenerated.
