	From mainline: 2002-03-06  Jim Blandy  <jimb@redhat.com>
	* splay-tree.c (splay_tree_xmalloc_allocate,
	splay_tree_xmalloc_deallocate): Use K&R-style definitions, not
	prototyped definitions.  Mark `data' arguments as unused.
