	* Makefile.in (gas.tar.bz2): Pass TOOL=bfd PACKAGE=gas to make.
	(gas+binutils.tar.bz2): Likewise.
	(binutils.tar.bz2): Pass TOOL=bfd PACKAGE=binutils to make.
