Unable to select "Library" as Target Type!

Hello list,

	I'm trying to select "Library" as the Target Type for one of my
Build Targets for a project.  However, its not letting me select anything
other than "Executable".  Is this a bug or am I doing something
wrong?  I've used both the precompiled version of Source Navigator
(v4.5.2) and I've also compiled it myself.  Both have the same problem.
