Yeah, that is a bug. The little ... button is actually there, but you
just can't see it. This button was removed in prep for the next
version. It is a good thing you pointed it out because we need
to update the docs to account for that.

I just tried it and it looks like there is a bug in the "Linker"
field. I set it to ld but when I closed the dialog it gets
reset to gcc. I also tested this with 5.0 and the bug is
still in there. I am going to file a bug report on this
so it will get fixed in 5.0.
