Q: Where is the symbol window ?

Make sure you don't have NUMLOCK on. NUMLOCK-Fn (where Fn is any function
key) does not work.
NUMLOCK-Fn generates different key codes then Fn alone and, at the moment,
SN doesn't check these codes.
