	* compTcl.cxx (encode_bus_status): Append bus latency when
	constructing the bus status string.
	(decode_bus_status): Decode status code and latency.
	(sid_bus_read_any): Place status string in a sub-list of result.
	* bridge-tcl.txt: Update Tcl type table.
