New snapshot 1999-10-17 available

A new snapshot (snapshot-1999-10-17) which fixes a condition
variable bug reported and solved by Lorin Hochstein and Peter Slacik
in way back in June (and overlooked in the last two snapshots) has
been uploaded to:
