It's been a while since I posted anything here...

The patchutils source code repository is now using git, and can be found
here:

  http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=patchutils.git;a=summary

You can make your own working copy like this:

  git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/git/patchutils.git

In addition, there is a now a dedicated bug/feature tracker:

  https://fedorahosted.org/patchutils/
