Bugzilla account request (for libabigail)

Good afternoon,

I attempted to report a bug to libabigail today, after prior discussion 
on IRC, but could not, since Bugzilla registrations are currently 
restricted.
Is there a chance I could get a Bugzilla account set up on this e-mail 
address (arsen@aarsen.me)
