Bugzilla account registration

Hello,

I would like to report a bug in glibc's memory allocator. It is my 
understanding that the correct channel for that is the Bugzilla instance 
at sourceware.org, and that creating an account requires contact on this 
email address. I would therefore like to ask for such an account, or if 
I'm mistaken, a pointer as to who I should contact.
