Could we start accepting rich-text postings on the gcc lists?

The official gmail app, which obviously integrates well with gmail and
is good in most other ways, won't send non-html mails.

I find that very annoying, but I get annoyed with the app and am not
suggesting the GCC lists should change to deal with it.
