I think it's time to give Steve write access to commit (after review / 
approval) his glibc changes.  Overseers, could you add sje to group glibc?  
There is a current copyright assignment in place from MIPS Technologies, 
Inc. for various projects including glibc and various MTI staff including 
Steve.
