Apply GDB write access with existing account

[Terry Guo]

Hi There,

I already have a gcc.gnu.org account named xguo which has write access to
GCC repository. Now I would like to apply write access to GDB repository
with same account. Ulrich Weigand will be my sponsor. Thanks very much.

BR,
Terry
