wwwdocs commit message -> Bugzilla

We have this nice feature where ChangeLogs related to a Bugzilla entry
lead to a Bugzilla comment when committed to the gcc module in CVS.
Could we have something similiar for wwwdocs? It doesn't happen very
often, in fact the commit below is the first one where I used this syntax,
so it's clearly not high priority; just would be nice to have if it's not
too much work.
