Some patterns to block the Nazi spam

It may be interesting that my home SpamAssassin 3.03 installation
filtered out 100% of these spams from the beginning.  The network
tests (distributed checksums, RBL, and URIBL) did the trick.  How many
of these have you turned on at Sourceware?
