Hi,

Messages sent to patchutils-cvs give links to the cvsweb page to view
them, as in this message:

 http://sources.redhat.com/ml/patchutils-cvs/2004-q3/msg00003.html

But the links are incorrect, and give messages like:

 Error: patchutils/ChangeLog.diff: no such file or directory

The links in the above message are:
