gcc-bugs archives down? (fwd)

Might there be any other lists as well the archives of which have similar
problems because of the lack of disk space?

the archives of the gcc-bugs mailing list seems to be either really 
backlogged, or down altogether. It hasn't received any messages in the 
last 20+ hours... Could this be related to the lack of disk space seen
