GCC FAQ-O-MATIC not updating?

I assume that this is a holdover from the move but I just started logging some
previously dropped error messages and noticed this:

Admin must access the install page and

Anyone know how to fix it?  I don't want to regen faq-o-matic with a new
password.  I'm not sure why we need to since this hasn't changed since
1999, AFAICT.
