I just started seeing these msgs:

Incorrectly built binary which accesses errno, h_errno or _res directly. Needs to be fixed.

(the two of them) after every commit I make to the glibc repository.

This suggests sourceware had a glibc upgrade sometime recently.
Using cvs -t suggests that the command getting the error is:

S-> run_popen((/usr/sourceware/bin/log_accum -T glibc -G glibc -m glibc-cvs@sources.redhat.com -s "libc README"),w)

But I might be being misled.  

That binary needs to be recompiled from source to work with a newer glibc.
Actually it works ok now, but always prints this message.  (This is a
bug-compatibility workaround hack that's in the RH glibc.)
