Yeah, libc-alpha is similar to this -- non-subscriber posts are dropped
on the floor in that list's case, though.  

The combination of -m -u -s in ezmlm-make(1) would do it I believe
(e.g. adding those letters to the gsl-discuss DIR/config file if the
files/directories for -m have already been created).  At least I'm
pretty sure that would work.. :)
