The CVS repository *is* still there.  You still belong to the procps group.
The repository still has group 'procps' ownership.

I don't know anything about moving the site elsewhere.  You'd have to
check with the project head for that.  I guess that's teg@redhat.com.

If it has moved, no one notified us either.
