We didn't ask sourcenav to move and AFAIK the licensing of sourcenav
continues to be in question.  So I'm not comfortable with moving it
anywhere.

Right.  There are certainly a couple of sourceware projects that were
never associated with Red Hat.  bzip2 springs to mind.
