Oops, wrong group.

I've just pointed Paolo Carlini at the online account form, and told him
that "it probably doesn't matter whether you select 'gcc' or 'libstdc++'
as the project," since I honestly didn't think it made a difference anymore.
He picked libstdc++.

So, now his name is in the (defunct) access file for the old libstdc++
database.  My bad.

Could somebody with root please:

1)  Change the GID for 'paolo' from libstdc++ to gcc,
2)  Move his line from libstdc++-db/gnats-adm/gnatsd.access to
    gcc-db/gnats-adm/gnatsd.access, and
3)  Tell me how to remove 'libstdc++' from the drop-down project list
    on the account request form?
