Gnats help button broken?

The current documentation is at
  http://sources.redhat.com/gnats/3_113_manual/
but this is not a stable URL, so it's probably not a good idea to update
the gnatsweb installation on sources.redhat.com to point to that.

I am Cc:ing Yngve, who is now taking care of the GNATS web pages, on
this message. Yngve, how about having one stable URL like
  http://sources.redhat.com/gnats/manual/
which always refers to the most current version?

And Mo, once we have that, I believe Tom Tromey is the best person to
contact when it comes to the gnatsweb installation on sources. Changing
that URL should be easy (I hope).
