I just put the appended text in /sourceware/djbdns/README.

The directories in this directory handle DNS for sources.redhat.com.

This is an installation of djbdns, written by Dan Bernstein. There
are no man pages: DJB has decided that they go out of date, and only
provides documentation on the web. DJB's site is
    http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html
There is a support site at
    http://www.djbdns.org/

The directories here are all symlinked into /sourceware/service. This
causes the run scripts to be automatically run by the svscan program.
svscan itself is started by init.

dnscache
This directory holds the caching resolver contacted by programs
which need to resolve a name. You should never have to change
    anything in this directory.

tinydns
This directory holds the UDP name server. In the subdirectory
tinydns/root there are files holding DNS information.

Any file named IP-ADDRESS/axfr.DOMAIN-NAME indicates that this
system is a secondary server. Here IP-ADDRESS is a numeric IP
address in the usual 1.2.3.4 format. DOMAIN-NAME is simply the
    domain name.

Any file named primary.DOMAIN-NAME indicates that this system is a
primary name server for that domain. This file is in the
    tinydns-data format. See
        http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/tinydns-data.html

The `axfr' PERL script fetches the secondary domain data, checking
the serial numbers as usual. It assembles this data with the
primary data into the file `data', and uses tinydns-data to
convert that into the file `data.cdb' which is read by tinydns.

`axfr' is run once an hour by cron. The current setup does not
respond to DNS NOTIFY commands. Should that become important for
some reason, there are some supporting script at djbdns.org.

axfrdns
This directory holds the TCP name server. You should never have
to change anything in this directory. It gets the data from
    tinydns/root.
