I think it's going to be a while.  The line has actually been live for
like six weeks now, but it's use is blocked on Marc.  He had the Y2K+new
LAN hardware in SV a month ago, then he was in Seattle for a week at
USENIX LISA conference; this week he is on vacation in New York for a
wedding and three weeks after he returns he goes to Bangladesh+India
for three weeks.

I'll Cc: Elverson on this.  I think Marc is the only one with the
knowledge to really tweak the router configs safely, but who knows,
maybe he'll have an idea.

If Marc can't get to it before he returns from the Bangladesh trip,
it'll be... uh.. February before the line is active.
