We saw some bounces leading to unsubscribes because there were (was
one?) posters with a strict dmarc domain policy.

We can turn From rewriting off again if you feel that isn't happening
often enough to worry about.

Or as a "compromise" we could only turn on "Munge From" for p=reject
but not for p=quarantine or p=none.
