Problems while upgrading from 4.2.0 to 4.4.0

Hello,
I upgraded the Newlib 4.2.0 to Newlib 4.4.0.20231231 (snapshot) in my
hobbyOS FiwixOS and all went fine. Now with the new libc.a file in the
system, I wanted to rebuild all the packages that form the complete
operating system.
After comparing the build logs between 4.2.0 and 4.4.0, the majority of
packages didn't show any difference.
These are the only differences:

Any idea, if the above warnings are harmless or whats's the cause they

Any idea what could be the cause why the same Python no longer compiles
on 4.4.0?
BTW, I have cloned the latest 4.4.0 version (Thu, 22 Aug 2024 19:24:35
+0000 (21:24 +0200)) and the results are the same as the snapshot of
20231231.
I repeat, the same packages build perfectly with Newlib 4.2.0.
