nvptx: Implement '_exit' instead of 'exit'

Hi!

I'm working on support for global constructors/destructors with
GCC/nvptx, and to invoke the latter, we need 'atexit' to work -- as is
achieved by the attached "nvptx: Implement '_exit' instead of 'exit'";
any comments before I push that one?
