Does newlib build from git master

Thanks Jeff. My two target builds finished fine.

When is the next newlib snapshot scheduled for? I added some
methods to pthread.h and wanted to bump the RTEMS toolchain before
starting to submit the new methods to RTEMS. Also don't be
in a rush since I have one minor RTEMS patch to post which will
show upin a minute.
