Hi,

attached please find the patch that made it working for the OpenRISC
continuous integration again (see
https://travis-ci.org/openrisc/newlib/builds/98363837 vs.
https://travis-ci.org/openrisc/newlib/builds/98349576).

The patch was generated with aclocal and autoconf in similar versions,
I suppose one of the maintainers should run another patch with the
proper versions they use.
