Newlib 2.3.0 is released

Hi,

Just trying to build using 2.3.0:

../../../../../gcc/newlib/libc/configure: line 2164: syntax error near unexpected token `..'
../../../../../gcc/newlib/libc/configure: line 2164: `NEWLIB_CONFIGURE(..)'

Should NEWLIB_CONFIGURE(..) have expanded to something when being generated from configure.in, rather than staying as is?
