Problem with building PDF documentation

Hi Freddie,

   Right - please try out the attached patch and let me know if it works 
for you.  Note - if you are trying the patch with an already built 
toolchain you will need to run "make clean-gas" first.  (Or just "make 
clean" if you are in the gas sub-directory).  There is a missing 
dependency in a makefile somewhere...

PS.  I really should have asked you to file this problem as a binutils 
bug report, so that we could refer back to it in the comments in the 
patch...
